ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.871 of 2019 dated 24.12.2019 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.871 of 2019, that so far five witnesses have been examined and that investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.871 of 2019 before the 2/4

jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
