This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.
3. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has raised only the formal objections.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is in custody, the delay of 310 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
