This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to provide the monetary relief amount to the petitioner in connection to the FIR in Crime No.152 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent as per Annexure I, Sl.No.18 and 19 of Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Rules 2016 at the earliest in accordance with law.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report dated 08.12.2022 as 'Mistake of 2/4
Fact' and that RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
