ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.95 of 2022 in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.95 of 2022 and that they are awaiting for the forensic report. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.95 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
