Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to issue a fresh election notification for the petition mentioned water user association. The petitioner has not challenged the election notification. His name is very much figured in the voters list. He can vote in the election. The petitioner does not appear to be one of the contestants. The petitioner does not appear to have suffered any legal injury. When the process has already commenced, the question of interfering at this stage will not arise at all. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and other remedies, this writ petition stands dismissed. 23.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No SKM 2/4
