By relying on a gift deed dated 24.11.2022 and patta No.5246 in the name of the petitioner, after submitting an online application dated 24.03.2025 seeking a survey of land in survey No.6/4E, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts 2/4

notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application would be acted upon within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act on the petitioner's application for a survey and complete the entire exercise within a period of twelve
