ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition on hand has been filed challenging the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 30.10.2023, issued by the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that an application has already been filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

3. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the manner contemplated.
