This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.IV, alone imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.MP.No.1939 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification, without approaching the concerned Court. The petitioner cannot directly seek direction from this Court, without approaching the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the concerned Court.
