ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.748 of 2024 dated 31.10.2024 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to some other competent Police officials and conduct fair and impartial investigation based on the representation dated 21.10.2024 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, and the same was taken on file in CC.No.282 of 2025. Thereafter, the matter has been compromised between the parties by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.384 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition.
