Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 2.This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.438 of 2011 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after completing investigation, final report has been submitted before the concerned authorities for action dropped.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
