Learned Government Advocate has submitted an order dated 25.10.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer. Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that the order should have been passed within eight weeks, whereas it has been passed after a considerable delay.

2. Although the order has been issued belatedly, the recourse for the petitioner is to challenge the order in accordance with law. The Contempt Petition is closed with these observations.
