This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.183 of 2018, dated 20.12.2018 on the file of the Pappanadu Police Station, Thanjavur and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 10.01.2023) the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed and they are going to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court shortly. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
