O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 Respondents to remove the petitioners name from the History Sheet in History Sheet No.338/2016 on the file of the 3rd Respondent.

2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 30.10.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only on the basis of the FIR registered in Crime No.270 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police station, the history sheet was opened in respect of the petitioner. Now it was closed as mistake of fact. The petitioner is hailing from reputed family.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 2/4

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
