This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in P.R.C.No.1 of 2010, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the eighth accused in P.R.C.No.1 of 2010, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that in the year 2015 itself, the said P.R.C.No.1 of 2010 has been committed to the Court of Sessions, and the same was assigned with case No. S.C.No.50 of 2012 on the file of the learned Mahila Judge, Fast Track Court, Karur and after completing the trial, the said case was disposed on 28.02.2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
