O R D E R

Heard Mr. B.Prahalad Ravi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.07.2022 for appointing him as the permanent Poosari of Arulmigu Muniappasamy Temple situated at R. Vellode Village, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District and to regularize his service.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Dindigul, in Na.Ka. No. 347/2022/Aaa.3 dated 25.01.2023, rejecting the claim of the Petitioner and has furnished its copy to Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has acknowledged its receipt.

In view of the aforesaid action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has 2/4

any further grievance, from working out its rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs. No costs.
