ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks sub division and issuance of patta after leaving out the road portion.

3. The fourth respondent shall hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
