PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the judgment made in C.A.No.18 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022 on the file of 4th Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the judgment of D.V.C.No.1 of 2019, dated 29.01.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli.

ORDER

According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the present revision petition arises out of the D.V.C. proceedings. However, the issue relating to maintenance has been settled by this Court in C.M.A.Nos.170 1/3

and 171 of 2021 between the parties by the Hon'ble Division Bench. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
