Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti in Crl.M.P.No.10632 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 as appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted till date the petitioners have not complied with the conditions even for a 1/3

single day.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were not able to comply with the conditions since they were complying with similar conditions that was imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10790 of 2024 wherein they were reporting before the Kovilpatti East Police Station.

4. Taking into consideration the modification order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.20949 of 2024, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
