PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and set aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6257 of 2022 in S.T.C.No.113 of 2016, dated 18.10.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur and issue consequential direction to recall defense witness for the purpose of marking the documents relating to the case in Crime No.08 of 2015 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Theni District.

witness for the purpose of marking the documents relating to the case in Crime No.08 of 2015 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Theni District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuos.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
