This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for not to harass the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and a petition in H.M.O.P.No.726 of 2022, is pending before the Family Court, Trichy. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
