The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in FCOP.No.243 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Erode, and transfer the same to the Additional Sub Court, Karur.

2.The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that on instruction, he has no objection for allowing the petition. 3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer FCOP.No.243 of 2022 from Family Court, Erode, to Additional Sub Court, Karur. The Additional Sub Court, Karur, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
