ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.16595 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the Respondents to pass orders on merits on the representation of the Petitioner dated 16.07.2024.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.16595 of 2024, the 2nd Respondent in the Writ Petition has passed a communication dated 09.09.2024 to the effect that they are awaiting for the funds from the Government and as soon as they received the funds the terminal benefits will be paid to the Petitioner.
