ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.292 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, in C.C.No.5 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193
