This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 01.08.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.18154 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

3. Mr.D.Sachikumar, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the terminal benefits were disbursed to the petitioner on 28.03.2025, and he sought to close the present contempt case.

4. In view of the above factual position, that the order of this Court has been complied with, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
