ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner is the husband of the third respondent and according to the petitioner, there existed family dispute between them.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.589 of 2022 came to be registered and that the petitioner was summoned to appear before the second respondent, but he has not turned up.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any summons from the second respondent.

Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to issue afresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2022.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
