ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR.No.209 of 2021 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioners have given a representation (for not to harass) to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 21.12.2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that even after the closure of the complaint given by the fourth 2/4

respondent, the police officials have been directing the petitioners to appear before them and harassing them.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that since the complaint given by the fourth respondent was ordered to be closed, they have not issued any summons directing the petitioners to appear before them for enquiry and as of now, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioners.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
