ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other higher official or any other investigation officer for proper free and fair investigation. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.15 of 2022 and final report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
