This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 18.09.2025 the date in which the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody and the sections of law have been wrongly mentioned at para 1 and 3 of the order. Further the name of the counsel has also been wrongly mentioned as K.Ganesamoorthi instead of Mr.A.Arun Prasad.

3. In view of the same, Para 1 shall be substituted as follows: " The petitioner/A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 194(3) of BNSS (174 Cr.P.C)@ 103(1) of BNS in Crime No.54 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail"

4. The date namely 29.08.2025 mentioned in para no.3 of the order shall be read as 17.07.2025.

5. The name of the counsel shall be read as Mr.A.Arun Prasad instead of Mr.K.Ganesamoorthi.
