This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.168 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent Police Station, as against the Petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation and laid a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.751 of 2022. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
