Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition appears to be pre-mature. It is for the petitioner to present the document by complying with the formalities. The second respondent has two courses of action open to him either to receive the document for registration or to return it by issuing the refusal check slip. As and when the petitioner presents the document in question, the second respondent will adopt any one of the courses of action as mentioned above.

3. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
