Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the document dated 29.05.2022 for the reasons set out in the petition mentioned representation.

3. Such prayer cannot be granted. If according to the petitioner, the civil rights have been infringed, the petitioner has to necessarily establish the same before the jurisdictional civil Court. The statutory authority cannot be called upon to cancel the petition mentioned document on the strength of subsequent legal developments. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
