ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue look out Notice to the accused persons in connection with the Crime No.2 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.62 of 2022 and that the learned Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the accused. He would further submit that the first accused was already arrested and released on bail and that since the second accused was absconding, absconding charge sheet came to be filed. He would further submit that when the case was taken up before the jurisdictional Court, the second accused has appeared and the case was adjourned, recording the appearance.
