ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner along with her minor daughter, namely, Harini and her house property in Plot Nos.643 and 650 which are situated in Ward No.26 Velu Street, Chinnamanur, Theni District against the respondents 4 and 5 and their henchmen based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the third respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2022, taking note of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in DVC.No. 04 of 2019.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
