ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.10.2022 in CSR.No.552 of 2022, from the file of the second respondent police to the file of the third respondent police or to some other impartial investigating agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that though the summons was issued, the petitioner has not turned up.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent police. 4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear 2/4

before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
