ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and his family members based on his representation, dated 05.09.2025.

2. The gist of the representation of the petitioner is that certain persons are preventing the petitioner from entering into his property.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute and the parties were directed to approach the civil Court.

4. The petitioner's grievance appears to be that certain persons are preventing him from entering the land, which belongs to him. The respondents cannot decide the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. Therefore, there cannot be any direction to the respondents in that regard. It is needless to say that the petitioner can approach the civil Court for appropriate 2/4

remedy.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
