Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition has been pre-maturely filed.

3. The District Collector / respondent herein has issued notice dated 04.11.2022 calling upon the petitioner to participate in the award enquiry. Only after the award is passed and compensation is finally fixed, the question of considering the petitioner's request will arise. Till then, the petitioner has to take recourse to the statutory provisions. Filing the writ petition straightaway may not really be appropriate. This writ petition stands dismissed for the present. No costs.
