PRAYER : Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, 1/4

Usilampatti, Madurai District, in Crl.M.P.No.1719 of 2023 vide his order dated 27.10.2023 and set aside the same and allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1719 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, Madurai District, dated 27.10.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that as per the direction of the Court below dated 27.10.20203, FIR has already been filed by the respondent police in this case on 08.12.2023 and since action was taken by the respondent police, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also taking into account that FIR has been filed in this case, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
