2. It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 29.11.2024, had directed the Trial Court, i.e., the III Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli District, to conclude the trial in S.C.No.292 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, had sent a letter dated 21.03.2025 to the Registry, expressing his inability to conclude the trial within the time specified by this Court. This Court, considering the same, by order dated 07.04.2025, granted another three months' time to conclude the trial.

3. However, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, has now sent a letter dated 23.09.2025 requesting extension of time by one month to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, as prayed for, one month's time is extended. The learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.292 of 2022 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No. 2 of 4

5. It is made clear that no further request for extension will be entertained by this Court, for the reason that this Court granted extension of time twice.
