This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2024 pertaining to the fraudulent registration in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey Nos.501/4, 503/4 located in Thangachiammapatt, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
