Mr.A.Mohammed Rashid, learned counsel representing for Mr.S.M.A Jinnah, produces a copy of an order of this Court passed in the case of Sabura vs. The District Collector and another (WP(MD)No. 25771 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025). He states that the same relief as granted in that matter may be granted to him. 2/4
2. Mr.Sarangan, who appears on behalf of R1 and Mr.Kishore Ram, who appears on behalf of R2, have no objection.
3. Hence, time of one week from today is granted for filing of reply to the impugned notice. This writ petition is dismissed with the above liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
