Prakash Government Advocate (for R4 & R5) COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO submitted that the existing low tension wire is not going to be disturbed and the only change occurs at the pole, which is shown near the building called 'AJK complex' as shown in the photograph annexed at page.No.97 in W.P(MD).No.25575 of 2025, where the low tension wire transitions into a high tension wire.

The pole is going to be fixed only on the public pathway and not in front of the ingress or egress of any existing residential property. It is also stated that as the high tension wire is proposed to be fixed between the point AJK complex and the pole on the opposite side as depicted in pg no.97, the lines running on the three existing poles will be consolidated into the new pole, which will carry the high tension wire alone.
2. In the light of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO, on instructions, this Court without going into the merits of the case has recorded the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO, and disposed of these writ petitions on the above lines. It is open to the Board to take necessary assistance from the local jurisdictional police in the event of any obstruction to their work. No costs.
