Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry on the representation given on 27.06.2023 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the fresh meeting with the presence of all the pangalis (descendants) of the temple for appointing the trustees other than the respondents 4 to 7. 2/4
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, Advocate Commissioner this Court made the following order:
This Writ Miscellaneous Petition had been filed by the Advocate Commissioner seeking extension of further period of two months for executing the warrant issued by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents in the writ petition would submit that they have no objection in granting the extension as prayed for by the Advocate Commissioner.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the no objection by the respective counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents in the writ petition, this application is ordered as prayed for. Two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant issued by this Court.
