ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the case in O.S.No.70 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional District court, Thoothukudi 1/4

District to be concluded within a time framed as stipulated by this Court forthwith.

2. Considering the fact that it is a suit for partition and in view of the death of the deceased first defendant and in spite of an application for amendment have been filed, the application is yet to be disposed of. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the interlocutory applications pending in the suit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, thereafter proceed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than eight months.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
