ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 22.05.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.14593 of 2025, wherein this Court had directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 19.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. In compliance with the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the 2nd respondent herein on 09.10.2025, rejecting the request of the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.10.2025, if he is so advised.
