O R D E R

The petitioner had applied for an inspection of the documents relating to the lands described in the paragraph No.4 of the affidavit in support of this Writ Petition. Because such inspection was not provided, after lodging a complaint on 09.05.2025, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the inspection of the documents mentioned in the paragraph No.4 of the affidavit would be provided on the date fixed by this Court. He also submits that the 2/5

petitioner would be provided the certified copies of the specific documents requested for by him.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(a) The second respondent shall provide an inspection of the documents relating to the lands described in the paragraph No.4 of the affidavit on 08.10.2025;

(b)Certified copies of the documents requested for by the petitioner from and out of the above mentioned documents shall be provided to the petitioner free of cost.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
