ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for conducting survey. It cannot be granted for the present. This is because, the petitioner is not having separate patta in her favour. It is seen that the petitioner had applied to the Tahsildar, Kumbakonam for issuance of separate patta.

3. The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass an appropriate order on merits after issuing of notice to the co-pattadhars. Final order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
