When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.10.2025, this court holding on the assumption that appointment had made prior to 31.03.2021 and allowed the writ petition. But, however, while dictating the order, it is seen that the order of appointment was made only on 12.06.2021 which is after the cut off date i.e., 31.03.2021.
