ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner's mother Muthupillai had passed away on 27.11.2012. The petitioner seeks issuance of death certificate. Since there is a delay, the second respondent has to consider the petitioner's request and pass order. The petitioner has already moved to the second respondent on 21.06.2022. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
