This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for the alleged willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.03.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.18662 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.03.2024, wherein, it has been stated that the 13th wage settlement, ie., the difference of gratuity and the difference of leave salary, was settled to the tune of Rs.2,24,381/- to the petitioner and the said amount was paid through ECS on 21.03.2024.
