JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wanted to deal with the petition mentioned property. The sale deed presented by the petitioner was not accepted by the registering authority. The second respondent had written to the first respondent not to entertain any registration in respect of the petition mentioned property. 3.Challenging the stand of the registering authority and for compelling him to register the document, the appellant filed W.P(MD)No.22424 of 2022. The Writ Petition was dismissed primarily on the ground that the appellant's brother is figuring as an accused in a case registered by EOW and the property in question appears to be the father's self acquired property. Challenging the dismissal of the Writ Petition, this Writ Appeal came to be filed. 2/4

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the Police has since withdrawn their objections. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the registering authority states that if any document is presented by the appellant, it will be duly registered, provided the appellant complies with the other usual statutory and administrative formalities. 5.Recording the stand of the respondents, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
